Auditel Systems is an internationally-renowned audiovisual manufacturer and we are seeking proactive salespeople to join our team.
The right candidate should be dynamic, flexible and have a hunger for sales. They will also be an excellent self-starter, with the ability to work independently and learn quickly. Audio-visual experience is not necessary but a proven track record in B2B sales of any kind is highly desirable. We are hiring for both internal and external positions. Ability to grasp technical concepts is preferred, but more important is the ability to sell the benefit of these concepts to clients. Familiarity with terms such as sales order, purchase order, invoice and the use of a CRM system (HubSpot) is preferable.
A predominantly desk-based role, you will be expected to proactively work with the general and wider sales team to ensure Auditel are in the best position to develop and uncover new opportunities, and close opportunities. You must be highly organised, and able to keep up with new and emerging technologies. Alongside your training you’ll be involved in:
• Researching potential customers to drive new business
• New business development; cold calling; email marketing
• Achieving call targets and revenue targets
• Booking and organising customer meetings, and arranging maintenance health checks
• Account management; quotations; regular customer contact; understanding strategy leading to project-based work.
Most importantly, you’ll be a clear and persuasive communicator, able to quickly build rapport with current and new customers, and represent Auditel positively. Salary is dependent on experience.
