Electronic Name Plates

The name plate is simply that, rather than a paper sign, Auditel have designed a full colour TFT letterbox display.

The name plate can write the name in most Windows fonts, and also display a fixed or animated logo associated with the delegate.

An example would be an international conference, where the country name, and an animated waving flag of the country could be displayed.

The system is controlled from the Auditel ACCS conference control computer, allowing the name plates to automatically update their content from the ACCS delegate file, or identity card plugged into the microphone.

The name plate will also indicate if the delegates microphone is live or in request – a distinct advantage if the conference is being filmed.
